Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ProfitMax (“ProfitMax,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information through profitmaxservices.com. We keep it short because the website collects very little.

Information you submit

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as financial account numbers or health information.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • respond to your inquiry and arrange any follow-up conversation;
  • determine whether one of the solution providers ProfitMax works with may be relevant to you; and
  • keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Sharing with solution providers

If your inquiry relates to a specific solution, or you ask us to make an introduction, we may share the relevant details with the applicable independent solution provider so they can evaluate the opportunity with you. We share only what is reasonably needed for that purpose. Once you engage directly with a provider, their own privacy policy and terms apply.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run the website and our business. These include our web hosting provider, Google Workspace for business email, and our business email and customer-relationship tools. They process information only to provide their services to us.

Spam and security protection

To protect the contact form from spam and automated abuse, the website uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics to tell people from bots. This is covered by Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Our web server also keeps standard security logs, which can include IP addresses.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use services such as Google Analytics. Website administrators receive strictly necessary login cookies when signing in to manage the site. Ordinary visitors do not.

Links to third-party websites

The website links to other websites, including Calendly for scheduling and the websites of independent solution providers. Some of these links include a referral code so the provider knows you were introduced by ProfitMax. When you follow a link or book through Calendly, the destination site’s own privacy policy and cookie practices apply. We do not control those sites.

Retention and security

Contact form submissions stored on the website, including any copies in website backups, are kept for no more than 12 months and are then permanently deleted. Related business correspondence, such as email exchanges with you, may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for ongoing communications or legitimate business recordkeeping. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy questions

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing andrea@profitmaxservices.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
